- Provides thorough training program to all of the PARTNER's personnel
- Participates in meetings with PARTNER's clients where necessary
The Regional Partner's part
- Undertakes regional marketing and advertising per planned budget
- Maintains adequate (local) offices
- Undertakes all aspects related to domestic regulations and permits, complying with the local HyperGroupFinance authorization's requirements.
- Provides proof of no criminal record
- Provides proof of no prior bankruptcies
- Provides any required document regarding local authorization, permits and compliance
- Shares and enjoys (a relative) portion of the net income of Hyper Group Ltd., Bulgaria regional operations(according to the rebate sheet signed in the contract between both parties)
- Provides their local clients with all on-going administrative support
